dc.description.abstractSclerodermatous or cutaneous chronic graft versus host disease is characterised by deposition of collagen in the skin and possibly other soft tissues, resulting in loss of range of motion and functional capabilities. A patient with refractory joint contractures caused by sclerodermatous graft versus host disease is presented, and the successful surgical management of the case described.
