The method of measuring changes in the structuredness of cytoplasmic matrix (SCM) in single cells is described. Data on SCM distributions and fractions of human lymphocyte populations which respond to stimulations with PHA and CaBP in healthy donors and patients with malignant disorders are presented.Citation
