Abstract
Immunosuppressed organ transplant recipients (OTRs) are at greatly increased risk of multiple skin cancers compared with the general population 1 . Since sun exposure amplifies this risk 2 , OTRs should be strongly advised about sun protection3 in addition to regular skin surveillance. When a new skin surveillance clinic dedicated to high-risk immunosuppressed transplant recipients was established in Brisbane, Australia, to expedite skin cancer treatment, we provided sun protection education and then monitored the attendees' short-term uptake of skin cancer prevention behaviours.
