Abstract
Carcinoid heart disease (CHD) is an important complication of metastatic neuroendocrine disease, requiring regular monitoring to enable intervention prior to right heart failure. We aimed to identify the most appropriate echocardiographic scoring systems for the quantitative assessment of CHD.
