Abstract
Purpose of the study: Sex cord stromal tumours (SCSTs) are an uncommon neoplasm of the testis, with tumours of the fibro-thecoma group an even rarer entity. We describe a case of Fibrothecoma of the Testis (FT), and literature review with particular analysis of the immunohistochemistry (IHC) utilised to diagnose this unusual entity.
